Privacy policy.

The short version.

This website has no user accounts and does not run advertising trackers. It collects information only when an adult chooses to use a contact, booking, signed book or newsletter form.

What the forms collect.

A form may ask for your name, email address, organisation, location, audience size, preferred date, delivery postcode or message. The exact fields depend on the reason you are contacting One More Story.

Forms are handled by Netlify Forms. Submissions may be sent to the One More Story Gmail account so Haydan can reply and manage the enquiry.

How the information is used.

Your information is used to reply, prepare a booking quote, respond to a book enquiry or keep the email update you requested. It is not sold.

There is no fixed retention schedule at this point. You can ask for your information to be corrected or deleted at any time.

Newsletter updates.

If you join the list, your email address is collected through the website form. At this stage, updates are managed from the One More Story account rather than a separate email marketing platform. You can ask to leave the list at any time by replying or emailing the address below.

Videos and other services.

Videos use YouTube's privacy enhanced player and are loaded only after you choose to play them. The website also links to Spotify, Payhip, Amazon, Instagram and TikTok. Those services use their own privacy policies and may collect information or set cookies when you visit them.

Purchases made through Payhip or Amazon are handled by those services. One More Story does not receive your payment card details.

Children.

The stories are made for children, but the website forms are for adults. One More Story does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has sent personal information, contact Haydan and ask for it to be removed.

Website records.

Netlify may keep ordinary hosting and security logs, such as the pages requested and technical information needed to operate the website.
